No there is no limit. However, we do average between 3 to 5 send-outs per hire which is a number we are very proud of.
The short answer to that is no, however, most of our clients rely solely on us to fill their search assignments. If for any reason, we do not believe we can fill this role we would have communicated that at the very beginning.
Contingency Search
Tell us what you’re looking for, and we will peruse our existing network to find someone who fits your specifications. You only owe us a fee if you choose to hire someone we recommend.
Engaged Search
The client will put a small percentage of the fee upfront.
The engaged essentially pays for the recruiting upfront expenses to cover the cost of your search.
Retained Search
For a retained engaged fee, we dedicate maximum urgency and resources to your search including the dedication of a full-time research assistant to your search.
NO, we believe that we have built a strong relationship with you, we value and respect that relationship.
Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) credential is offered by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Candidates for CPC certification must demonstrate a broad knowledge of employment laws and the legal implications for the work of direct-hire and temporary staffing professionals.

Our clients engage us to find talent, we do not charge any candidates for placing them.
The best way to honestly answer that question is that most of our clients have complete faith in our abilities and would prefer to only work at Anchor Light.
We receive many applicants for our opening, as well as individuals who would like us to have their resumes on file for future representation. We will certainly do our very best to get back to you within 24 hours.
ABSOLUTELY. We would be more than happy to help you prepare for any interview and believe we can certainly offer valuable insight on how to best prepare. We are not in the business of writing or rewriting resumes; however, would certainly be able to offer suggestions or recommendations.
